This article presents the background to issue of organizational efficiency as a measure development. We view this from talent management perspective and propose investigate intermediating effect employee value proposition on relationships existing amongst reviewed independent dependent variables. For purpose paper, we review discuss four variables: Attracting Talent, Selecting Developing Retaining Talent. paper also explains significance proposed investigation relating literature.
